We want you to love your Maison Muse UK purchase. But if it’s not quite right, our return process is simple and stress-free.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and sent back with all packaging included. We never charge restocking fees—what you see is what you get.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, simply mention this when contacting us—our team will happily help you find the right product.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll refund your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require a little extra time to complete the transfer.
